Wow that’s a tough question. I haven’t had any formal education (couldn’t afford college) but I’ve read just about any figure, comics or manga drawing book I could get my hands on! I highly recommend any book by Byrne Hogarth. Otherwise I just spend tons and tons of time just drawing and creating. Like anything the more you do it, the better you will become!
